The sensitively renovated building combines the original charm of the belle époque with modern comfort and thanks to its location it is an ideal place for winter and summer recreation.
The villa offers three spacious, above-standard apartments that provide plenty of space for both families and groups of friends or young professionals. Each apartment combines historical elements, such as original wooden floors or splatted windows, with modern technologies: smart LED TV, fast Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens, Bosch coffee machines or well-thought-out zones for comfortable rest.
On the ground floor you will find practical facilities for athletes — a ski storage room with safe storage of equipment and electric driers for ski boots. There is also a heated room with a washing machine and dryer, which can be used after sports activities. In the garden house there is a storage space for skis as well as a place for easy disposal of waste.
Villa Benedikt is superbly situated between the historic centre of Bad Gastein and the main cable car, so you have nature, wellness and urban life literally at your fingertips. In the immediate vicinity of the house you will find great restaurants and bars and only 200 meters public parking, a few minutes walk from the train station, the main cable car, the Felsentherme thermal baths, the supermarket and other services.
